  I was the chairman of POLLUX in 1997.

  I am official Rocket Master, nominated by Finnish Astronautical Society.
  (That means, I am entitled to keep courses and assign Model Rocketry certificates (to buy motors and launch rockets)).

  Interstellar travelling.

• Music, I was a member of the Spex Band in 1996, -97, -98 & -99; playing cello.

  • Mountaineering. Mountaineering resume.
    

    Summits:

    • Mont Blanc, 4807 m, 8.7.1997 A group of four reached the top; six at the beginning.
    • El Teide, 3718 m, 12.1.2001. A group of two; 1 400 m to ascend & descend; it took 12 hours.
      You need a permission nowadays to climb Teide.
    • Kebnekaise, 2117 m, 31.3.2002. Via Västra leden, on winter conditions.
    • Kebnekaise, 2114 m, 31.7.2002. Under guidance during a glacier course on summer conditions.
    • Aneto, 3404 m, 20.7.2012.
    Attemps:
    • Dom, 1998. Turned down ~200 m from the top.
      I decided, that I was too tired and it was too late. Alone, pair turned down earlier.
    • Matterhorn, 1998. Turned down just ~200 m from the beginning.
      A hailstorm started, rocks became awfully slippery. Alone.
    • Mont Blanc, 1999. Turned down at ascent of Gouter.
      There was a storm and we couldn't find a way up. A group of two.
